Terms of Service

  By registering for an excursion you are releasing Wicked (Fun!) Weekends from any physical and financial liability of any incident that may arise before, during, or after your trip. 

  As a registrant, you will have read the description of the event and concluded that it is a physical, financial, and emotional fit for your entertainment purposes. 

  In the very rare incident that injury occurs on an excursion all reasonable and applicable medical attention will be sought and the expense will be the responsibility of the participant. 

   Wicked (Fun!) Weekends will not be held liable for any travel costs to and from the event. Travel and Flight Insurance is strongly recommended. 

 Registration and Payment indicates acceptance of all terms and conditions on this page.

Wicked (Fun!) Weekend's cancellation policy is as follows-

 *100% refund granted up to 8 weeks before the event.

 * 50% refund granted up to 6 weeks before the event.

  * No Refund will be granted before 1 month of the excursion date. 

Wicked (Fun!) Weekends reserves the right to cancel any planned excursion. If this happens all registered and payed attendants will be notified within 1 month of the planned date and full refunds will be granted.

Guests and Hosts will behave in a congenial and lawful manner at all times while on a Wicked (Fun!) Weekend and will adhere to all local, state, and federal laws. Wicked (Fun!) Weekends reserves the right to remove any guest or host-at that person's expense- if necessary to insure the safety and security of the group as a whole. 

 Wicked (Fun!) Weekends will not provide alcohol, tobacco products, or drugs of any kind  to participants or hosts. Particpants or hosts that require prescriptions shall bring their necessary supplies with them.

 Excessive use of alcohol is strongly frowned apon during our excursions. 

 Smoking/Vaping will not occur indoors or within 25 feet of any building or our group.
